I’m Dianna Terry — creator, strategist, and behind-the-scenes champion for women who want their businesses to feel as real and magnetic as they are. After 20 years in the restaurant world, I saw how much power there is in connection, intentionality, and showing up as your whole self — not just what looks good on paper.
So I pivoted.I created Blue Steele Media as a side hustle. Since 2017, I have turned it into an agency to help women entrepreneurs bring that same authenticity to their brands: to tell their story, attract their people, and build something that doesn’t just perform, but feels right.
